- Focus on your strengths. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Instead of focusing on your weaknesses, focus on your strengths. When you focus on your strengths, you will start to feel good about yourself.
- Surround yourself with positive people. The people you spend time with can have a big impact on your self-esteem. If you surround yourself with positive people who believe in you, you will start to believe in yourself too.
Improving your self-esteem takes time and effort. But it is worth it. When you have high self-esteem, you will feel good about yourself and your abilities. You will also be more likely to set and achieve goals, and to be resilient in the face of challenges.
